Degassing

Through the patented vortex generator we achieve great results in terms of degassing of all types of liquids. By degassing, we mean the removal of small, almost invisible micro-and nano-bubbles. Degassing arising in a vortex chamber where in the center of the vortex is a close to vacuum. This implies that the small bubbles that exist in the liquid will be drawn against this vacuum because of its lower pressure. In the center of the vortex small air bubbles contract and form larger clusters. These clusters leave the liquid, either when tanked to another container or through a so-called air-clock.

Examples of applications

Ice making

At ice making large amounts of energy can be saved by removing air from the water. The air insulates and increases the time to freezing.

Artificial snow

Degas water before it goes to the snow canons to create a better condition for snow. It is possible to create snow at higher temperatures and with better quality. The snow that is created will be fluffier and lasts longer.

Concrete Manufacture

In concrete production to get a harder and more concrete if we can get the air out of the water mixed with concrete. Concrete may also be better able to float out which facilitates handling.
