Treatment
With VPT - Vortex Process Technology it's not just about being able to degas, areate or mix. The treatment that the water gets when it passes through a strong vortex affects the water and what is in it. Water characteristics change. Viscosity of water is lowered which makes the water float out easier.
Examples of applications
Lime scale
Calcium crystal precipitated in the form of Calcite at about 60 degrees. Calcite is an angular crystals that attach the pipes and valves. The vortex tubes affecting lime crystal. VPT - Vortex Process Technology makes Calcite converted to Aragonit which has a rounder shape and therefore do not attach and build up deposits. The process also affect the existing deposits that, over time, dissolve and disappear.
Artificial frozen ice rink
Ice put freeze in thin layers that go WRAP and creates this results in ice that is considerably better and harder than ordinary ice. Ice freezes easier which makes it possible to increase the ice temperature with energy savings as a result.
Irrigation of golf courses
The change in viscosity makes the water more quickly penetrates the lawn and into the grass instead of remain on the surface and evaporate. The water may also be a more even penetration of the soil layer.
