The water comes in to the vortex generator as illustrated by the arrows. When the water hits the centre of the upper part of the nozzle it starts to spread over the inner surface, continuing its movement through the nozzle. The patented nozzle construction forces the water into a three-dimensional movement: making it spin before it reaches the vortex chamber.
When the water comes into the vortex chamber, it has a rotating movement around the flow axis. Centrifugal force pushes the water outwards, towards the walls of the vortex chamber.
The Vortex Chamber is made of solid, environmental friendly material to ensure stability and form.
When the water rubs towards the inner surface of the vortex chamber, freeing electrons off the surface, generating a positive field inside. Positive particles in the water are repelled by the surface and gather towards the centre of the vortex.
As the water flows further down the vortex chamber, the chamber gets narrower, thus forcing the water to spin faster, generating a vacuum string in the centre of the vortex. As extreme shear forces are applied to the water, any structure or cluster in the water will disintegrate.
Bubbles “float” towards the sub pressure (vacuum) at the centre of the vortex. On their way to the centre, the bubbles combine with each other and after a while they can not go back to their former state. Positive charged particles float towards the centre as well.
